Booking terms
The terms for booking a stay at Sams Site. Please read them before you book.
These are written from Sams Site’s current settings. Your booking keeps the terms shown when you booked, including the cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
Who you’re booking with
Your booking is a contract between you and Sams Site. Sams Site uses PootlrHost to run its website and take bookings and payments; PootlrHost isn’t part of your contract.

Prices and what’s included
Prices are for your pitch, per night, for the people you book for. Pitches start from £20 a night, plus a £2.25 service fee per booking. Prices can change with the season. Before you book, you see the full price for your dates, including any extras you add and the service fee, and nothing is added after that.
There’s a £2.25 service fee on every booking, however you pay. It’s included in every total you’re shown.
Paying
You pay Sams Site when you arrive. Nothing is taken when you book, and your booking is a request until they confirm it by email.
Cancelling
Sams Site hasn’t set a cancellation policy, so cancellations and refunds are at their discretion. Contact them before booking if you need flexibility.
To cancel, use your stay page (the link is in your confirmation email) or contact Sams Site. If Sams Site has to cancel your booking, they’ll refund what you’ve paid.
Changing your booking
To change your dates, pitch or party, ask on your stay page or contact Sams Site. Changes depend on what’s free, and the price can go up or down for different dates. Sams Site will confirm any change, and its price, before it’s made.
Arriving and leaving
Your confirmation says when you can arrive and when to leave.
Site rules
Dogs are welcome. Please tell Sams Site how many are coming when you book, keep them under control and clear up after them.
Please only bring the people, vehicles and dogs you’ve booked for, and follow any reasonable instructions from Sams Site while you’re there.
Looking after each other
Sams Site will provide the stay you booked with reasonable care and skill. You’re responsible for your party, your belongings, your vehicles and your dogs, and for any damage you cause. Sams Site isn’t responsible for losses it couldn’t reasonably have foreseen or prevented, such as bad weather.
Nothing in these terms limits Sams Site’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or anything else the law doesn’t allow it to limit, and nothing affects your rights under consumer law.
If something isn’t right
Please tell Sams Site as soon as you can, while you’re there if possible, so they can put it right. You can ring +447583152517, or send a message from your stay page.
Your details
Sams Site uses your details to take and run your booking. The privacy notice explains what’s kept, who it’s shared with and your rights.
